Petitions under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of Anticipatory bail in FIR No.520/523 under Section 406/420 IPC P.S. K.M. Pur have been filed. 2.
It is submitted that the earlier Anticipatory Bail application had been filed on behalf of the petitioner before the learned ASJ, but because of the miscommunication, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant made a statement that he had no further instructions and consequently the application got dismissed.

The fresh Anticipatory bail applications have been filed herein. 4.
Considering the submissions made, the present petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Court of learned ASJ with an Anticipatory Bail application, which shall be considered on merits. 5.
