The present Petition, under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, read with Order XXI of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, was filed seeking the execution of the Arbitral Award The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. On the last date of hearing, the parties were ad idem that the present lis may be settled through negotiation, and the parties were granted time to place on record the final settlement Agreement. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, along with the parties in person who are present before this Court, are ad idem that the parties have been able to successfully negotiate a settlement and have handed over the original of the Settlement Agreement and the Undertakings given by Judgment Debtors, namely, Mr. Ramesh Ranade, Mr. Rajesh Ranade and Mr. Satish Kumar Ranade across the Bar. In pursuance thereof, the captioned Application being EX.APPL.(OS) 558/2026 has been filed seeking to place on record the Settlement Agreement dated 28.03.2026. The same is allowed and the Settlement Agreement and the Undertakings are directed to be taken on record.

In view of the fact that the parties have arrived at a settlement, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Decree Holder, on instructions, submits that she would seek to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to approach this Court in the event there is any breach in terms of the agreement by the Judgment Debtors. 5.

Leave and liberty, as sought for, is granted. 6.

Accordingly, the present Petition, along with pending application(s), if any, is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the Settlement Agreement and the Undertakings that have been given by the Judgment Debtors.
