CRL.M.A. 22743/2024 (seeking rectification of order dated 22.07.2024) Present application has been filed for modification of order dated 22.07.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially the FIR was lodged only under Section 323/34 IPC and under Sections 8 and 10 of POCSO Act. However, subsequently, the chargesheet was filed under Sections 323/354/509/34 IPC and under Section 8, 10 and 12 of POCSO Act. Learned counsel submits inadvertently in the order dated 22.07.2024 all the offences have not been mentioned.
