This Court, by order dated 09.02.2024, had dismissed the bail application filed by the applicant noting that the evidence is likely to be concluded within a period of four to five months. 2.

It is pointed out that more than 30 witnesses are still remaining to be examined and the trial is not likely to be concluded in the near future.

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present application seeking interim bail and file a fresh regular bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
