Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move a fresh bail application before the Trial Court, after examination of all the public witnesses.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the present bail application as well as on the application, if any, to be moved by the petitioner before the Trial Court.
