% 09.08.2019 Mr. Singh submits that the height of the petitioner was measured at 156.2 cms upon her physical examination. He submits that the Grievance Redressal Cell has been set up for redressal of grievances related to Height and Chest measurement. The petitioner has not availed of the said facility. In view of the aforesaid, we direct the respondents to re-measure height of the petitioner. It is informed that the Grievance Redressal Cell is headed by DIG, RPF. The re-examination of the petitioner may be undertaken in his presence by a separate set of personnel than the ones who had earlier measured the physical parameters of the petitioner. The said measurement shall be undertaken within the next ten days. The time and place for the measurement shall be informed to the petitioner to the petitioner through her counsel by Mr. Jagjit Singh, Advocate. The petition stands disposed of. Dasti.
