% 26.07.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks directions as under:- a) Issue a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent to consider the Petitioner as a OBC-NCL candidate;

b) Direct the Respondent to allocate the Petitioner to an appropriate service by considering him an OBC NCL candidate.

For the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner has made representation dated 04.04.2019 (Annexure -7), however, there is no response from the respondent.

I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondent to decide the aforesaid representation made by the petitioner within one week, if not already decided. The decision so taken shall be conveyed to the petitioner in writing within two days, thereafter. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision to be taken by the respondent, he may challenge the same before the Central Administrative Tribunal.
