% 02.02.2018 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits she may be allowed to withdraw the petition and the accompanying applications with liberty to instead approach the executing court for appointment of a Local Commissioner for valuation of the subject property and for it to be put to public auction, at which stage her right may be reserved to move a fresh application for purchase of the shares of the other parties in terms of Section 3 of the Partition Act, 1893.

The petition and the accompanying applications stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed, granted. Dasti.
