The present writ petition has been listed before this court on office note dated 29.03.2025.

The perusal of the said office note indicates that the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 19.03.2025 had directed transfer of the present writ petition to itself from this court. The relevant portion of the said order dated 19.03.2025 has been extracted hereunder:

"2. We have considered the facts of the case and grounds on which transfer has been sought. On such consideration, we are satisfied with the grounds urged by the petitioner and accept the same. Therefore, W.P.(C) No. 8998 of 2020 pending before the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi is ordered to be transferred to this Court, to be heard alongwith W.P.(C) No. 61 of 2019 and W.P.(C)No.13 of 2019. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 03/04/2025 at 12:31:11

3. The High Court of Delhi at New Delhi shall send the case record to the transferee Court promptly and without any delay. 3.

In terms of the aforesaid order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the Registry is directed to collate the entire record pertaining to the present writ petition and transfer it to the Hon'ble Supreme Court in accordance with the rules at the earliest.
