Counsel for MCD states that the appeal by the private respondent (nos. 4-5), before the ATMCD, has been decided and the matter had been remanded back to MCD, to decide the matter afresh, after giving a personal hearing to the private respondent, which is now fixed for 4th April 2025. 3.
