This is an application under Section 151 CPC filed by the respondents seeking early hearing of the writ petition.

Issue notice. Learned counsel for the petitioner, who appears on advance notice, accepts notice and has no objection to the petition being taken up for consideration today itself. Further, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, fairly submits that since the petitioner is completing three years of tenure with 187 Bn CRPF, Udhampur on 24.08.2024, he would be satisfied in case the writ petition is disposed of by granting him time till 15.09.2024 to report at his place of posting in terms of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the fresh transfer order which may be issued by the respondents within the next one week.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to this limited prayer of the petitioner. In light of this fair stand taken by the petitioner, the writ petition being W.P.(C) 12013/2022 along with all pending applications stand disposed of by directing that the petitioner will be retained at 187 Bn CRPF, Udhampur till 14.09.2024 whereafter, he will join at the place where the respondents may now choose to post him by passing an appropriate order within one week.

The next date fixed in the present petition i.e., 25.09.2024 stands cancelled.
