Mr. Abhay Kumar, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3, states that the MCD has already passed a sealing order dated 09.09.2024, in respect of the said property. The said respondents have challenged the aforesaid order before the Appellate Tribunal Municipal Corporation of Delhi ["ATMCD"]. Learned counsel states that the activity of running a school in the subject property has been ceased, and will not be recommenced unless the appellant succeeds in the appeal before the ATMCD.

In view of the above, Mr. Rahul Malhotra, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that no further directions are required in this writ petition.

The writ petition, alongwith pending application, stands disposed of.

It is made clear that this Court has not commented upon the merits of the case pending before the ATMCD.
