After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he does not press the present petition. He, however, requests that since the trial has already delayed considerably, the plaintiff may be directed to summon the concerned witness without any further delay in the matter. 2.

The present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 3.

The plaintiff is a liberty to call the concerned expert before the learned Trial Court on the next date fixed i.e. 04.08.2025. 4.

It is, however, made clear that no further witness would be permitted to be examined from the side of the plaintiff.
