This is an application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an arbitrator. 2.

It is stated by the counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to filing of Section 11 application, the Settlement talks were initiated and parties have already reached a settlement.

In view of the above, this Court is inclined to dispose of the petition as infructuous giving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in case the settlement talks do not fructify.

The present petition is disposed of.
