The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that proceedings for contempt of court be initiated against the respondents for not providing treatment to the petitioner in defiance of the order dated 30.06.2017.

The petitioners assert that petitioner no. 2 had visited the respondent hospital and was also referred to the concerned doctor. However, the concerned doctor refused to provide any treatment and directed petitioner no.2 to follow up with a hospital empanelled with ECHS. The petitioners also approached such hospital at Jaipur, but the said hospital had also

declined to provide any treatment to petitioner no.2. 4.

The petitioners have also referred to a noting made by Lieutenant Col. Vivek Sood, referring the petitioners to ECHS empanelled hospitals. 5.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the petitioners are welcome to respondent no.1 hospital and treatment would not be denied to them. He submits that referring the petitioners to another hospital was erroneous as the concerned doctor had recently joined the hospital. He assures this Court that all necessary treatment to petitioner no.2 shall be provided by respondent no.1.

He states that if there is any inconvenience, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the Administration Branch at the hospital.

In view of the aforesaid assurance, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of. 7.

The petitioners are at liberty to approach respondent no. 1 for necessary treatment.
