By way of the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks permission to visit abroad w.e.f. 01.06.2024 till 07.06.2024 and for release of his passport for the said purpose. 2.

Keeping in view the import of the order dated 14.02.2024 passed by this Court in CRL.M.C. 7172/2023, the petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.10,000/-, to be deposited with Delhi State Legal Services Authority (A/c No. 18580110053263, UCO Bank, Branch: Rouse Avenue, IFSC: UCBA0003364) within a period of one week from today. The amount so deposited shall be utilized by the Delhi State Legal Services Authority for providing counselling/psychological support to POCSO victims requiring such assistance. The petitioner shall be at liberty to approach trial court with his prayer.
