By these applications the appellants seek suspension of sentence pending hearing of the appeal. The appellants have been awarded sentence of rigorous imprisonment for a period of two years six months, out of which the appellants are stated to have undergone almost two years imprisonment CRL.A. 123/2018 & 124/2018

as noted in the order of sentence.

Since the appeal is likely to take some time for hearing and the learned Trial Court has already suspended the sentence of the appellants vide order dated 11th January, 2018 for a period of one month for filing the appeal before this Court, the sentence of the appellant is suspended pending hearing of the appeals on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹20,000/- each with one surety each of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. The appellants are further directed to furnish an affidavit before this Court as and when there is a change in their residential address.
