Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that presently a quashing petition in a case under Section 138 read with Section 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 is pending before Saket Court. She further submits that the matter has been settled between the parties at the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, and she wishes to withdraw the present petition. 2.

Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 has no objection to the same.

In view of the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
