The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "(a) To kindly allow the present Petition and set-aside the impugned order dated 13.03.2023 on an application of Ms. "X" U/s 311 of CRPC in FIR no. 58/2016, PS: Bara Hindu Rao, U/s 341/354/354D/323/509/376(2)(n)/341/ 342/34 IPC passed by Ld. Court of Sh. Atul Krishna Aggarwal, Ld. ASJ, Special (FTC), Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in case titled as "State Vs Muneeb & Ors"; and/or (b) To kindly pass any other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, in the interest of justice." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the complainant has been examined before the learned Trial Court.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
