This application is, accordingly, disposed of. W.P.(C) 8062/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction as under: i.

Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing/ setting aside the decision communicated to the Petitioner vide Letters dated 10.10.2018 and 18.1.2019 (ANNEXURES P-5 & P-5), interalia, with regard to reduction of his Pension by 1/3rd rate, ii.

Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding directions

to the Respondent Bank to grant full pension with attendant benefits alongwith interest @ 9% p.a. to the Petitioner as requested by him in his representation dated 19.06.2019 (ANNEXURE P-7).

For the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner has made representation dated 19.06.2019, however, there is no response from the respondent bank. Accordingly, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondents bank to take decision on the representation made by the petitioner within four weeks from today and the decision to be taken shall be conveyed to the petitioner in writing within three days thereafter. Needless to state that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision to be taken by the respondents bank, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum.

I hereby make it clear that while deciding the representation of the petitioner, the respondents bank shall take into consideration the order dated 16.05.2019 passed in LPA No.108/2018.
