The present petition has been listed on an office note pursuant to the letter written by the learned ASJ, Central seeking further time for examination of a public witness.

It is stated that all public witnesses were examined. However, the prosecution has moved an application for re-examination of one of the witnesses who was examined earlier and the said matter is now listed on 09.04.2020 for recording the evidence of the said public witness. In view of the above, the time for recording of evidence of public witness is extended for further period of five weeks from today.
