The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking early hearing of the bail application to withdraw the same. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application to press the same before the trial court as he submits that the victim has already been examined.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the Police Station in the 'Cause List' has been wrongly shown as Surajpur Gautam Buddha Nagar whereas the correct name of Police Station is Kalindi Kunj. BAIL APPLN. 1835/2019

The Registry shall make necessary corrections in the 'Cause List' as well as in the records.

The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 6.
The date already fixed in terms of the general directions issued during the period of lockdown, stands cancelled.
