% 26.07.2019 Quashing of FIR No.14/2019, under Sections 308/34 of IPC, registered at police station Bhalaswa Dairy, Delhi is sought on the basis of affidavit of 24th July, 2019 of respondent No. 2 who is a minor. Upon hearing and on perusal of the FIR of this case, I find that respondent No. 2 has already deposed against petitioners before trial court So, in the considered opinion of this Court, it is not a fit case for quashing of the FIR in question.

Accordingly, this petition and the application are dismissed while refraining to comment upon merits of this case. (SUNIL GAUR) JUDGE JULY 26, 2019 v
