% 05.03.2020 Ld. counsel for the Respondent submits that he has no objection if it is clarified that the observations made in the impugned order would not affect either the leave to defend application or the subsequent adjudication, if any. It is accordingly clarified that the observations made in the impugned order, being only a prima facie opinion, are restricted to the disposal of the application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC and shall not have any bearing on the merits of the matter.

With these observations, the petition is disposed of. All pending applications are also disposed of.
