CRL.M.C. 4260/2024 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No.181/2022 dated 29.03.2022 under Sections 420/467/468/471/448/506/120B IPC, registered at PS: Maidan Garhi; and W.P.(CRL) 866/2024 under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No.172/2022 dated 24.03.2022 under The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Parties are present in person. It is submitted that the dispute arose between the parties in respect of property of vacant land, for which a civil suit has also been filed. However, all the disputes have been amicably settled between the parties and possession of property has been handed over to Shiv Gupta (Petitioner No.1 in W.P.(CRL) 866/2024) and nothing further remains. 3.
It is submitted that with the intervention of family members, relatives and well wishers, parties have amicably settled all the disputes and differences between them vide MoU dated 06.05.2023. 4.
The parties are present in the Court and have been identified by their respective Counsel. The parties submit that they have arrived at the settlement without any force, coercion and undue influence and pressure and they have signed the MoU dated 06.05.2023 with their wish and will. 5.
Learned Counsel for Petitioners submits that the parties have no grievance against each other. Since Respondent No.2 in respective matter has already made a statement before the Court that he does not want to pursue the proceedings in FIR, the present Petition be allowed and FIRs in question be quashed.

In view of MoU dated 06.05.2023, present Petition has been filed. 7.
Respondent No.2 in both cases are present and have no grievance against the respective Petitioners and also no objection to the quashing of FIR in question.
