The present petition has been filed by those who are defendant Nos. 4 to 7 and 15 in a suit for partition/possession filed by Mr. Ashwani Raj & Ors. 2.

At the very outset, it has been informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been amicably settled between the petitioners herein and the plaintiff. The petitioners herein are, therefore, no longer interested in pursuing with the present petition. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent has also joined the proceedings through video conferencing and submits that she would have no objection if the petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed in terms of the abovesaid settlement.
