This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction for setting aside the notices of the sealing issued for property No.1/13, Nakul Gali, Vishwas Nagar, Delhi.

The respondent EDMC has filed a status report in court which is taken on record. As per the status report, the property was sealed EDMC at the instance of the Monitoring Committee constituted by the Supreme Court on account of the area being a godown.

It is manifest that the sealing has been done based on the recommendations of the Monitoring Committee in terms of the orders of the Supreme Court. It would be for the petitioner to take appropriate steps seeking de-sealing of the said property in terms of the directions of the Supreme Court in WP.(C) 4677/1985 titled as "M.C. Mehta vs. Union of India".

Granting liberty to the petitioner, the petition stands disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
