Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.'), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Runeet Gulati for grant of Bail in FIR No. 0139/2025 under Section 21/61 of the NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Model Town.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the Charge-Sheet has been filed, opportunity be given to the present Petitioner to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to move an appropriate Application afresh before the learned Trial Court.
