The learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that during the pendency of the present suit the matter was referred to the mediation by this Court vide order dated 22.05.2024.

A copy of the settlement has been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the same is on record. 3.

It is submitted that before the mediation, the parties have arrived at a settlement, terms whereof have been reduced in writing in the form of Settlement Agreement dated 05.09.2024. It is prayed that the present suit may be decreed in terms of the Settlement. Let the parties shall remain bound down by the settlement.

I have perused the settlement, the same is signed by the plaintiff, as well as, defendant no.2 on her own behalf, as well as, on behalf of her son i.e. defendant no.1. impediment in decreeing the suit, in terms of the settlement. 5.

In view of the above, the suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 05.09.2024 which shall form part of the decree. The decree sheet shall be drawn accordingly.
