The Court has received a request letter from the Applicant, who is currently incarcerated in Maharashtra. The letter, forwarded by the Jail Superintendent of Central Prison, Mumbai, seeks a reduction in the surety amount as well as the number of sureties.

In view of the Applicant's request, this Court is inclined to reduce the surety amount from INR 2,00,000/- to INR 50,000/-. Accordingly, the Applicant is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing a personal bond for INR 50,000/-, along with two sureties of the same amount each, subject to the satisfaction of the Trial Court or Duty Magistrate. All other terms and conditions stated in the order dated 17th July, 2025 shall remain unchanged.
