+ W.P.(C) 8054/2019 SUMITA KAPIL ..... Petitioner Through:

Petitioner in person.

versus DIRECTOR ENFORCEMENT DIRECTORATE ..... Respondent Through:

Mr Amit Mahajan, CGSC for UOI.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU

O R D E R

% 26.07.2019 1.

Issue notice.

Mr Mahajan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent accepts notice.

2.

The petitioner has filed the present petition being aggrieved for non clearance of the bills of the petitioner. It is the petitioner's case that she had submitted the bills on five occasions and it is also asserted that the said bills were verified. The petitioner claims that she was informed that the verified bills have been lost.

Clearly, if the same is correct, it cannot be countenanced.

3.

The respondent is directed to examine the petitioner's claim and ensure that the bills, which are otherwise due to the petitioner, are cleared. 4.

The petitioner is at liberty to present a copy of the bills once again for the same to be processed.

5.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.

6.

Needless to state that if the petitioner's grievance survives, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate remedies. VIBHU BAKHRU, J JULY 26, 2019 MK
