This is a petition filed under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking enforcement of the Award dated 24.12.2019. 2.

Since in O.M.P. (COMM) 90/2021, the entire awarded amount with up-to-date interest has been directed to be released to the decree-holder, the present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 3.

In case there are any shortfalls in the awarded amount/interest, the decree-holder shall be entitled to revive the petition.
