Learned counsel for respondent appears on advance notice and submits that in view of the Full Bench judgment of this Court i.e. Dr. Geetanjali Aggarwal vs. Dr. Manoj Aggarwal: 2024 SCC OnLine Del 7220, the present petition is not maintainable and in case, petitioner is aggrieved by any such order passed by learned Family Court, she is always at liberty to file appropriate matrimonial appeal.

In view of the above, learned Senior Counsel for petitioner, on instructions, does not press the present petition with liberty to file appropriate appeal. 3.

The petition stands disposed of as not pressed. 4.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
