Petitioner seeks review of order dated 19.05.2025. He submits that he is not seeking to recover any money and is not seeking refund of any nature whatsoever and his mere request before the learned NCDRC is with respect to delivery of the possession of the apartment in question.

When the abovesaid petition was disposed of by this Court, this Court had recorded in para 3 of order dated 19.05.2025 that "Mere fact that complainant has to recover his hard-earned (sic) money would not mean anything substantial, in present context." 3.

abovesaid aspect be clarified as he does not seek for any monetary relief. He also submits that the abovesaid observation would rather prejudice his case.

In view of the prayer made by the complainant pending adjudication before learned NCDRC, and in view of the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the application is disposed of with direction that the last line of para 3 i.e. "Mere fact that complainant has to recover his hard-earned (sic) money would not mean anything substantial, in present context." stands omitted from the order. 5.

The application stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. 6.

It is clarified that all the other observations, including the one mentioned in para 4 of the order dated 19.05.2025, would remain as it is.

This order be also uploaded as corrigendum to order dated 19.05.2025.
