% 19.05.2025 By way of the present petition filed under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with sections 2(B) and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, the petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for alleged wilful and deliberate breach of order dated 14.05.2025 passed by this court in RC.REV. 155/2025. 2.

Mr. Anil Sapra, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that the respondents have taken certain adverse steps against the petitioner on 14.05.2025 despite being aware that order dated CONT.CAS(C) 795/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 14.05.2025 was being passed by this court, though before the order was formally served upon them.

Learned senior counsel submits that the respondents were fully aware of the ongoing proceedings before this court in RC.REV. 155/2025, since they had joined the proceedings via video conferencing on 14.05.2025. Mr. Sapra further submits, that even otherwise, the respondents had been made aware of the restraint order passed by this court, as soon as the said order was passed, before the order could be officially served upon them.

Be that as it may, Mr. Sapra submits, that the petitioner does not press the contempt petition at this stage and seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file afresh, if and when the need arises, in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed-of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed-for; without making any observations on the merit of the allegations made in the contempt petition.
