% 13.09.2018 The learned counsel for the parties submit that the lis has been amicably settled by way of a Settlement Deed dated 07.02.2018 courtesy the Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, according to which the parties are to give possession of properties to each other. The learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties undertake to abide by the terms of the said Settlement Deed. The undertaking is accepted. In view of the above, nothing survives in the petition. It is accordingly disposed-off as having becomes infructuous.
