This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner, inter alia, praying that the order dated 14.11.2019 be modified to allow the petitioner's release on a personal bond, without the requirement of any surety. 3.
This Court does not consider it apposite to accede to this request. However, since the petitioner is finding it difficult to arrange for two sureties, the order dated 14.11.2019 is modified to relax the requirement of two sureties to one surety.

Accordingly, the petitioner shall be released on parole for a period of three weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety of an equivalent amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent.

The other conditions as stipulated in the order dated 14.11.2019 shall continue to apply.
