The appellant has filed the present application, inter-alia, praying that the appeal be allowed in terms of the settlement agreement dated 15.02.2024, arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that another suit has been decreed in terms of the said settlement and, therefore, the same is binding on the parties.
