This petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 407 Cr.P.C. seeking transfer of complaint case NI Act No. 4105/2023 titled 'Madan Mohan Sharma v. Govind Prasad Sharma' pending before Ms. Kirandeep Kaur, Metropolitan Magistrate-West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to learned M.M., North West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, at the outset, seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition with complete particulars including the location of the drawee bank for the purpose of territorial jurisdiction of the Court. 3.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file the same in accordance with law. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
