The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:- "a) To declare and issue a Writ of Mandamus, Certiorari and/or an appropriate writ of similar nature, thereby directing the Respondents to provide information as to whether any LOC has been issued against the Petitioner by any authority, b) Direct the Respondents to provide information of the Look-Out Circular (LOC) if any issued against the Petitioner as the same has not been received by the Petitioner till date;
