Mr. Parveen Marwah, Appellant No.1 and Mr. Hitanshu Marwah, son of Mr. Rajiv Marwah, Appellant No.2 are present in Court. Mr. B. L. Aggarwal and Mr. Manish Bhardwaj, newly added Respondent Nos.3 & 4 respectively are also present in Court. Respondent Nos.1 & 2 are already ex-parte.

Parties have settled their disputes. There are two Memoranda of Understanding filed on record. Both are dated 18th February, 2018. The first Memorandum of Understanding is between Appellant No.1 and the Respondent Nos.3 & 4. The second Memorandum of Understanding is between Appellant No.2 and the Respondent Nos.3 & 4. RFA 266/2007

3. The Court has perused the terms of both MOUs/settlement documents. The same are lawful and there is no impediment in accepting the terms of settlements. All the parties shall be bound by the terms & conditions of settlements. The disputes stand settled as per the settlements binding the parties to the terms thereof. Decree sheet be drawn up. Both MOUs/ settlement agreements shall form part of the decree. 4.

Application and the appeal are disposed of in the above terms. Parties shall initial below in acceptance of the settlements. 5.

As per clause 2 of the MOUs, the documents mentioned as AnnexureA & Annexure-1 respectively shall be supplied by Respondent Nos.3 & 4 to the Appellants and be filed the same in Court within one week. PRATHIBA M. SINGH, J.
