Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks that the petitioner be allowed to withdraw the FDR amounting to Rs.10,00,000/- submitted by the petitioner in compliance with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 24.07.2024 as a pre-condition for the petitioner's travel to Colombo, Sri Lanka from 28.07.2024 to 31.07.2024. 2.

It is submitted that the petitioner has completed the travel in accordance with the said conditions.

Considering the aforesaid, let the said FDR be released to the petitioner.

List before the Joint Registrar (Judicial) for the aforesaid purpose on 04.08.2025.

As regards the main writ petition, after some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition itself with liberty to pursue the matter departmentally with the concerned respondent.
