The present non contentious petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No. 377/2023 dated 04.06.2023 for offences under Sections 323/341/354/506/509/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) registered at Police Station Mandawali Fazalpur on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties.
