Learned Counsel for the Petitioner further submits that the settlement amount has been paid to the Respondent No.1.

2.1 The statement of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is taken on record. The Respondent No.2 is bound down to the statement made by its Counsel.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, thus, submits that the Petition may be disposed of in terms of the said settlement. 4.
