This is a petition filed under Section 29A of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of Arbitral Tribunal by six months.

It is stated that the arguments have to be heard and then the Award is to be pronounced. The delay occurred on account of lengthy evidence of the parties.
