Even today, no one appears for the appellants although the matter was called out in the pre-lunch session and now in the post lunch session at 2.42 PM.

This appeal is therefore dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. 3.

Let no application for recall/restoration of this order be entertained by the Registry of this Court unless costs of Rs.20,000/- are first deposited with the website www.bharatkeveer.gov.in .

In view of the fact that the appeal is dismissed in default, the counterclaim only for this reason is not pressed.
