A short affidavit has been filed by the respondents No.2 and 3/SDMC. Counsel for the petitioner states that on perusing the said affidavit and in view of the fact that at the time of filing the present petition, the Town Vending Committee (TVC) of the area had not been constituted but it has been so constituted now, instead of pressing the present petition on merits, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the same while reserving his right to approach the TVC once again with an appropriate application in terms of the liberty granted to him vide order dated 07.08.2018 passed in the previous writ petition filed by him [W.P.(C) 3204/2017]. W.P.(C) 8074/2019

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the TVC with all the supporting documents for appropriate relief, which shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. 4.
