The present review petition has been preferred by the respondent-wife seeking to review the judgment dated 05.02.2024 whereby the impugned judgment dated 29.05.2009 was set aside and divorce was granted under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. 2.

The present review petition amounts to re-argue the present appeal. Finding no merit in the review petition, it is dismissed.
