% 25.07.2019 C.M. No. 33368/2019 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.

W.P.(C) 8064/2019 & C.M. No. 33367/2019 Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice. The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition to assail the posting order dated 17.07.2019, whereby she has been posted from 503 SU to 6 WG for administrative reasons. 6 WG is situated at Barrackpore,

Kolkata, West Bengal.

The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has an autistic child, who is seven years old. He is undertaking treatment at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and is receiving education at KR Mangalam Birla World School. The medical report in relation to the said child has been placed on record. Learned counsel for the respondent states that Barrackpore has one of the best facilities for mentally challenged children and the petitioner would have no difficulty in admitting her child to the said school.

The medical record relating to the petitioner's child shows that he requires follow up after every six months. Considering the fact that Barrackpore is situated near Kolkata itself and has sufficient and adequate facilities for education of mentally challenged children and even has medical facilities in the form of base hospital, we are of the view that there is no ground to interfere with the posting order.

Dismissed.
