Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 school submits that the child, unfortunately, could not clear the re-examination of three subjects i.e. English, Science and Social Science which was held on 20.08.2024, 22.08.2024 and 27.08.2024 respectively.

Learned counsel for the respondent School does not oppose the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having heard submissions on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondent no. 2 school, this Court directs that the child of the petitioner be allowed to continue study in Class VIII as an EWS student in the respondent no. 2 School.

In view of these terms, the present writ petition stands disposed of. 6.
